As per my knowledge 06511/06512 YPR-JP-YPR Weekly GaribRath Spl is the only special train which is running from more than one year as SPECIAL in IR History... Why don't they make it permanent???

Technically not possible. But I could sense that you wanted to provide 3 options.
Solution : Make 3 chains or give the 3 train names as options in description.

Visakha express is running 1 and half hour late its just reached narsipatnam road it wil reach secunderabad after 10am only I think

It will definitely live above the expectations.
Apart from RF's disappointment over LHB, the POH has been done pretty good.
