Hi All,
I need help.I travelled from Chennai Egmore to Tanjore by Uzhavan Express 16183 yesterday by 1AC and my friend was booked ETKT on 3AC .The 1ST AC was 10 berths HA1 Configuration and only 2 berths including me was booked.
When TTE came to check the ticket I showed him my mobile email and then i asked the TTE that since the coach HA1 is empty can i upgrade my friend from 3AC to 1AC he blankly shouted ETKT cannot be...

upgraded.He was abusive.He went to RPF to threaten to throw me out if i presisted the upgradation.
I need to know who should i write a complaint and what action should be expected

Dear Members,
I want to start a discussion on 1st AC coupe and berth allotment.The issue is even if a passenger holds a confirmed booking booked even 60days in advance he will not know which coupe or what ttype of berth lower or upper.The information is only known at the time of chart preparation.

is also treated like any other passenger who books last minute releases eq and pays bribes to every one.
My question is that how can we stop this nonsense of last minute allotment of berths/coupe to first ac passengerss.
One reason is minister or vip travels but for that keep 2 seats and release at the time of charting for some one who we do not know whether he will travel on that day why should a passenger with paid confirmed ticket wait in anxiety of which coupe or berth .
Can some one tell how to stop this nonsenses.
