I had travelled to Manmad from Howrah on 1st April Saturday by 12222 HwH Pune Duranto. Journey was incredible and train was on time even making zero signal related stops from Howrah to Bilaspur sector. Just pure speed and thrill as it crossed past small significant stations. The highlight for my trip is that the train crossed my childhood hometown Belpahar at speed close to 120 KMPH . Although it was a small window to peek out to see my childhood town, it was worth capturing the moment on camera. Here is a video of the same.

I had booked a ticket on 7th June 2016 for a travel on 8th October 2016. It was heavily wait listed at WL 19 and 20. However in the course of 4 months and after loads of questions asked in forum, I was satisfied by seeing that the waitlisted number reducing to a RaC and finally confirmed a week before my travel. On the day of travel, at 1PM, I got a SMS stating that I was allocated B1 coach with seats 15 and 16. These were the seat preferences of my choice. The coach was positioned just behind the EOG vehicle next to the Engine. Which means that I was lucky enough to be one of the first people...

Hello all,
Just a clarification from the people who have traveled from MMR to HWH on this train from Pune. Is the dinner served before the train reaches Manmad at 20.30 or is it served after it has crossed Manmad? Can anyone who has travelled on this train please confirm.
Thanks

rahultrainfan 92 blog postsWith no movement in ticket status for the last 2-3 weeks, my tickets are stuck in WL 45 and WL 46 and its highly a chance to board a train without a confirm ticket. Hence, I am cancelling these tickets and will try my luck in RAC 19 and RAC 20 for 12313 Sdah- NDLS Rajdhani on 8th October. Atleast I will have an access to a seat in the train rather than getting no chance to board the train. With heavy rush in the Durga Puja time...its highly likely that I will have a confirmation in berths with WL 45 and WL 46 for 7th October. I am amazed to see how many waitlisted tickets get confirmed on the day of the journey. If these tickets were sold off on the date of booking rather than not keeping us wait till the last moment. Money could be saved and...
