Maintenance - My Side lower berth was narrow, I guess, there was a sliding cover thingy which flattened the gaps and it was removed, leaving a huge gap between berth and panel below Window.

Lol, 6 trains waiting to enter Lucknow. It would take more than 30 minutes very easily for the last of them to enter. I have spotted this train multiple times but only travelled in the Mail, not this. I remember when it used to run as Rajdhani [it had a ICF livery, I think, back then].

Huh, I have never got asked to fill a feedback form from the cleanliness staff or any folks inside the train. I wonder how common this 'fake' practice is.
The area nearby that restaurant reeks of smell of urine especially if you're going towards road below Metro Station.

I have been asked many times especially during initial days of CR Rajdhani, even received a call from Divisional office in that regard.
But I guess this is a much common practice as one is seen rarely moving around with feedback form nowadays.

Sitapur still lacks proper dedicated connectivity to Delhi. There is the overnight Satyagraha express but it is slow and is already full with pax. It is kinda ironical since for trains coming from GKP, it is the STP route that is technically the shortest in terms of distance. Maybe with doubling of Burhwal-Sitapur section, couple of more trains might take this route.
