After Cansaulim Majorda gets commissioned 37 kms (Cansaulim to Kalem) out of total 58 kms will be a double line on Vasco Kulem route.
Also Kalem to Kulem I think some forest clearances are pending that's why works not started except Kulem outers if it starts can be commissioned within 6 months as terrain is not too difficult and no houses near the tracks the entire track passes through forest.

Then why dont they do like this as Bi-Weekly removing the RSA /train/225651. This will be First link to RXL to VSKP and TATA Also
Earlier the train used to leave Vskp at 1930 and arrive at 1030( approx timings) and return in afternoon. After lockdown a slot is made at 1530 Vskp for all weeklies towards BBS. So this train is arriving at morning at Tatanagar. SER instead of providing dep in evening made it to leave in morning. Associations have put proposal to make it triweekly and restore to afternoon or evening as Tatanagar Allepey is now delinked and proposal is also put up for triweekly.

Actually me ye train to JP walo ko dedicated h but dikahve k liye ise UDZ extend kar diya...
Baki UDZ se really me SC k liye train via COR-RTM-BPL ya via ADI-ST chalani chahiye thi...
UDZ-ADI GC to bus formalities puri karne k liye kiya gaya h..
At least Railway south k liye special trains bhi chala sakta h but kya kare...
