1) Special or On-Demand Trains are only run when there's a special request, but the staff working on it gotta be paid even when not in use, and the trains need to be around all the time, though they only run during special times. So, since these resources aren't fully utilized, it's cool to charge more for these trains.

2) The Special Fare Trains help cover the costs for regular trains, 'coz can't keep bumping up regular fares multiple times due to the political scene.

3) Private buses and airlines jack up prices during the festive season. It ain't wrong for the railways to do the same, at least for a handful of Special Trains.

So, these fares make sense. If you can't afford 3AC on a special train, go for Sleeper instead (and maybe you'll snag an auto upgrade too).

Toh, inn resources ka istemal kam hoga aur isliye TOD Trains ke liye zyada charge karna justified hai.

2) Special Fare Trains normal trains ke kharche bhi cover karne mein help karte hain kyunki Normal Fare ko kai baar badhana mushkil hai rajniti dabav ke karan.

3) Sabhi Private Bus & Airlines operators Tyohaar ke mausam mein Dynamic Fare charge karte hain. Koi galat nahi hai agar Railways bhi kuch Special Trains ke liye kam se kam yahi karte hain.

Isliye, yeh Fares justified hain. Tum kyun 3AC mein special train mein safar karna chahte ho jab tum afford nahi kar sakte, tum SL class mein safar kar sakte ho instead (Auto upgrade bhi try karo/opt karo)
