Yes, the situation is highly unusual. It can be seen from the screenshots that in the same spot, the signal is highly erratic, with accuracy varying between 56m (very high) to 1.7km (very low). In the span of a few seconds, the signals are fluctuating wildly. This is causing the speed as well as direction to fluctuate as well, and go haywire.
