Apart from Closure of D-C line( which has long been revoked), ZBTT has to be blamed for the cancellation of this train. Now, I seriously doubt if we could see it's comeback any time soon.
If it is no possible via DC line they should find other routes,
I can suggest a few...

This train doesnt exist nor do its rake which was in RSA to 18638 (which remains idle at RNC on TH/FR/SA)!!
TATA-KIR Rake doesnt exist as it was hardly a slip service and no worth to be considered as a rake for RSA!!
If it restarts, it will run just as the weekly Exp as it use to until you manage to find 2 more rakes for 3-4 days run a week!!

This train must be restarted with extension to Agartala as Ranchi-Agartala Weekly Exp. This demand i had once put before SER.
What about this train? I think SER, RB all have forgotten about this train in last 3 .5 years almost.
