Vasco Da Gama - Velankanni Express to have LHB Coaches from 4th March 2024South Western Railways has decided to upgrade conventional rake of Vasco-Da-Gama - Velankanni - Vasco-Da-Gama (17315/17316) into LHB coaches wef 4th March 2024 ex VSG and 5th March 2024 ex VLNK.Revised coach composition is as below.AC Two Tier - 1AC Three Tier - 3AC Three Tier Economy - 3Sleeper Class - 8UR Second Class - 3Luggage cum Brake-vans with Generator Car - 2Revised composition will have total 20 LHB Coaches.

It underwent Loco Reversal and NOT Loco Change to Electric in Tiruchirapalli Jn. The same may take place in Erode Jn.12665 suffered Over Take of 12661 Podhigai, 12637 Pandian SF and 16179 Mannai Express at due to loco failure (As an RF travelling in that train told the same to me to be the most possible and feasible reason) of the same in Mundilyampakkam (6 Ins from Villupuram Jn). Noticed in TPJ with the same loco again at 03.36 in...

At last a very happy news for delta rail users.Immediately after the day of interlocking works, Thanjavur Trichy double line was opened for use of public. This will save the travelling time by 20 minutes and also the first train to go in this new constructed double line is 16795 Cholan Express (MS - TPJ leg.) Simultaneously all other night trains towards Trichy where operated in the new line as per my friends information. Hope it serves good for delta ...
