jab SS ka ot karn tha,, then Puru should have been allowed much earlier.. it would have made of for lost time
SS is very high priority train and overtake is permitted only if she is running more then 30 minutes early.

Ticket booking is not possible from IRCTC web site from PNK station but this train has halt at Panki Station. Panki halt is visible in click here railway enquiry system.

Panki halt was removed way back. NTES however, still shows it for no apparent reason.
