ABOUT ATTACHMENT/DETACHMENT OF PC OF 12859/60
the composition -SLR-GEN-GEN-A2-A1-B2-B1-S14-PC-S13-S12-S11-S10-S9-S8-S7-S6-S5-S4-S3-S2-S1-GEN-LDS will stand at maintenence yard after arriving Howrah Jn @ 12.30 hrs.

-SLR-GEN-GEN-A2-A1-B2-B1-S14-PC
2. -S13-S12-S11-S10-S9-S8-S7-S6-S5-S4-S3-S2-S1-GEN-LDS
the S13-S12-S11-S10-S9-S8-S7-S6-S5-S4-S3-S2-S1-GEN-LDS will be taken to other line for sometime.
Now, in the -SLR-GEN-GEN-A2-A1-B2-B1-S14-PC is standing on another line. The PC is now at the end not at middle. So,it will be easy to detach.So, PC will be detached and taken to 3rd LINE.
Then -SLR-GEN-GEN-A2-A1-B2-B1-S14-PC will be brought to S13-S12-S11-S10-S9-S8-S7-S6-S5-S4-S3-S2-S1-GEN-LDS and joined together.
The rake formed is -SLR-GEN-GEN-A2-A1-B2-B1-S14--S13-S12-S11-S10-S9-S8-S7-S6-S5-S4-S3-S2-S1-GEN-LDS
Now This rake will leave Howrah at 19.00 hrs as Shri Jagannath Express.

Consider a train with L-X-X-X-PC-X-X arrived at the station.. then the gauge men at the station will detach the coupling at the PC and then new comp will be L-X-X-X-PC and X-X. the Loco will now pull the first part and till it reaches a change point.. As soon as it passes the change point Jn. Another loco will come and fit at the PC side and then the gauge man will remove the PC couping at the other end.. With the help of change point, the loco will pull the PC aside, through the Jn.. The old Loco will push back the rake (without the PC) and then attach at the remaining on the platform of pit line making the new rake comp as L-X-X-X-X-X
