Vivek ji,
I have learnt that on the outskirts of the Old Delhi Railway Station Diamonds are there. A double diamond is there where tracks from NDLS and Punjab cross each other. Further two diamonds after some distance and one more again one more diamond after some distance is there and hence at a single place (not exactly) there are five.
Thanks for the interest shown which would amuse some other colleagues too.

Dhanbad, Bhusaval, Indore may be included.
Ratlam was there but after removal of MG from Neemach side, that may not be functional now.
A good photo of Chicago Diamond crossing is on the left side, please.
