Partial Change of Boarding Points in Multiple Passenger E-Ticket 4 Answers Partial Change of Boarding Points in Multiple Passenger E-Ticket Hi, I have booked 6 tickets from mysore to chennai in mysore-kaveri express on 13th jan,2012. Due to unavoidable circumstances, 3 of us will be boarding the train from bangalore. Is it possible to travel in the same ticket or will it be cancelled? Other than the informal suggestion given by Roshan is there any other possibility. What about changing the boarding point of all six and buying three tickets from Mysore to Bangalore? If finance permits. Or if reservation is still available, cancel the ticket for six and book three from MYS-MAS and three from SBC-MAS? in case of new reservation, they might be in separate coach.. I think informing TTE is enough.... I have just asked the PRS , he told me partial change of boarding point is not allowed. Just tell the TTE when he approaches you, about the boarding of the three.
