MPS of hybrid LHB is 105 click here 12245/12246 has MPS of 110 marked on its coaches. MPS for SLR-LHB on standard tracks is 120 and for all other tracks is 105. 12245/46 thus does not cross more than 110 in any part of its journey. To add, even LHB SLR has MPS of 110. This is why CDG-ASR Shatabdi had a MPS of 110 even though the LHB Coaches had its individual MPS of 160.
