No sir there is no diffrence betwen the hair cars of express trains & the chair cars of the Shatabdi's . They are same . But the Chair cars of shatabdi are of new technology because shatabdi's has very ess stops compare to general express train another difference is fooding facility in Shatabdi. sir, one of the reasons is quality of services provided.speed is also a factor. Then i should have booked the ticket in Pooja Express in 3A, which is almost Rs 30-60 less than shatabdi (Delhi-Jaipur) and almost Rs 100 less (Jaipur - Delhi), and one can also sleep comfortably for 3-4 hrs (during duration of journey), lol.... . I normally book in the train with 3A / 2A, this time went for AC Chair Car Shatabdi, up and down both, Delhi-Jaipur route ... ok, hw is the qualify of food in the shatabdi, both on Delhi Jaipur and Jaipur Delhi route.... ???? yes sir it is a plus point in 3AC that we can sleep and in AC Chair car in Shatabadi we have to seat full time and we can not lay that we can do in 3AC Coaches But Plus Point in Shatabdi is that shatabdi is always on time it doesn't get late but there is chances in Poooja Express or any another trains to get late In Shatabdi food is also served but in common express trains the food is not served sir, i have travelled only in mumbai ahmedabad shatabdi exp, i have not travelled in delhi-jaipur route. the experience which i am sharing is of both ac chair car of shatabdi and other express ac chair car[mumbai -ahmedabad route]. and look at the question you have asked--what is the difference between a Shatabdi's Chair Car and Normal Chair Car coaches??? the foodquality will obviously good in shatabdi exp as compared to other express. thank you Thanks for the reply, I also want to know on the comfort of the travel. How are the seats in compare to other normal AC CC. as last I traveled in Shatabdi CC was about 15 years back. Lats travel in normal express CC was about 1-2 years back. I understood about the food and serving, now want to know about the comfort... more... ranchi shatabdi and dehradun shatabdi are the exception in terms of speed And I knew Bhopal Shatabdi to be the best. Comfort in terms of seats is slightly less because it runs on Old Rake.......... Food Quality is Good......... Most of the time On Time Arrival......... Ajmer Shatabdi caters most of Business Man...........So you will... more... thanks.... i have travelled atleast 20-30 times in this train, it always gets late while reaching Jaipur and while reaching Delhi in return. u can take volvo from sindhi camp bus stop in jaipur and reach delhi/gurgaon. buses r very frequent, 20-30 min, a/c, volvo and non ac delux Delhi Jaipur non-a/c dont run anymore, its the normal roadways star-line or private buses, ,, only VOLVO runs on this route if u wana go by a/c bus, which cost about 660/passenger and more, which is more then shatabdi, and they also dont offer food, lol. please check the Rajasthan roadways website for more information. ok, I normally book in Pooja Express in 3A , well i booked in this train coz Pooja normally gets very late when boarding from Gurgaon, and reaching Jaipur, only plus point in Pooja is its ticket is 30 Rs less and one can sleep properly as well during the duration of Journey. which once cant do in shatabdi when seated. so... more... | ||
