that i know already...with out the above train there is no meaning of spl for SCR
Ha ha ha see the main intention is that running a Spl to CCT shall cover good number of districts Krishna,EG & WG and GNT also if they run via GNT which we have seen it has the terminal facilities this side....If not that only VSKP is there which is not under SCR control.

Last time seen TPTY-GNT/SC-RU etc etc such spls to cover some other places.They are giving spls to BZA since from there public of some places can have other options.

it scr plan they just want no headace while bookings opening if all spl's trains bookings were opened at time prs/irctc will be slowed down
