sorry to all but i disagree on surcharge...because our tax money has been used already to make this bridge and delay has been done by authorities not by us. so it is not good to take surcharge. yes they can take surcharge after 15-20 yrs bcoz bridge life span is more than 30 yrs so right now it is not good to take charge. If they have to take surcharge then y we r paying taxes and why they r not professional on completing bridge on time??

In India where Taxpayers money goes is a open create,
For all development project we are paying Toll, Surcharge and Cess.
Railway also charging so many surcharges on the name of safety and development but still they want more more n more.

u r right but they also need money to reduce its defecit and complete their projects of future which they committed... but bridge ka surcharge lena is not good at all atleast not now.
