EXCELLENT initiative by IR as it is already running as a successful operation in other zones as CR.
Single All India I mean Pan India number must be there for Single window Problem sort out for All Railway Issues & not the multiple different numbers Almost just like 100 , 101 , 102 Emergency Numbers being used presently for Police , Fire , Ambulance Are going to be murged in very near future to A Single All India 112 Numbers from any sort of Emergency Problem .
