Yes but more priority train are also there with more importance.
Its trial basis, and since its carries so many daily and short distance pax, its more apt for trials.
My Opinion is that Shatabdi, Rajdhani, premium trains etc don't need CCTV cameras as there are less chances of theft or security issues in those trains. In Shane Punjab its a good move. Eventually every train needs it. Priority should be passengers trains, Daily trains, General compartments etc
CCTV Cameras might not work in Bihar and in some areas of UP where notorious people might break it off.

Next Future batches of coaches will be factory fitted with CCTV cameras . Yes . Agreed . But thand rakhho ji thand . Sure shot 100% these above mentioned and all other trains , i mean it , ALL trains will get CCTV surveillance cameras though this will take time progressively one by one .but this will Surely happen .
