SURAT DIVISION have to be sanctioned early.GUJARAT STATE have 5 divisions in the Western Railway.And so a separate ZONE have to be formed for GUJARAT STATE.
Definitely Guj deserved new zone or WR HQ in Ahmedabad and Surat division
