Many times we read news that so many persons were caught red handed making plans for robbery. It is interesting to know, how persons are caught red handed making plan for robbery? is there any proof like video/ audio recording?
Arrest before committing crime! looks futuristic , it reminds me of Steven Speilberg's Sci-Fi Hollywood movie "Minority Report", where the lead actor Tom Cruise working for "pre crime" deptt. used to reach the crime scene based on the specific inputs from specialists, and catch the criminals just before commitment of crime!
