After knowing about the IR decision of not tendering the cash for cancellation of 10000+ tickets, these guys may not turn up at all for cancellation. It would be a matter of interest to IT officials as well as IR officials, to keep a track on the occupancy of such dubious high value tickets booked in these 2-3 days. IR has only to gain out of this. Last minute confirmation of Wait listed and upgradation to higher classes will be a pleasant experience for many paxs.!!
