This accident has given otherwise sidelined opposition, to go after the ruling party govt, so some assurance is a must. Production of ICF coaches has already been gradually brought to halt over the years, there is nothing new in the announcement.
Freeze all the unwanted loss making projects under implementation for some years and put all the resources in augmenting and strengthening of track/ other infrastructure in order to promote safety.
