The same machine shall be diverted to the affected route from other route for a while. A few days after the business will be as usual. A concrete plan of frequent rail testing and procurement of enough machines could give an assurance that things are going to change in right earnest.

Unusually large number of casualties in S1 (all but 1 pax as reported) on a derailment on flat surface, give further strength to suspicion that there was really something wrong with the coach. If such negligenceis a regular practice, accidents/deaths shall happen even with LHB coaches.
