Safety is getting hampered due to lack of funds in IR leading to grossly inadequate investment in strengthening/renewal/augmentation of railway tracks and related infrastructure, over the years.
Then which RM should be responsible? ones who spend IR fund in increasing subsidy to passengers by not raising the fares (leading to lack of sufficient funds for safety) or the ones who raise the fare and invest in infrastructure?
