Oh My God, How are the trains being operated in IR!! Consider the following facts

LKO-CSTM Pushpak Express is supposed to stop at Bhopal.
Loco pilot & Guard duty too change at BPL.
But...

the train continued to run and passed BPL station without stopping!
This happened not at night, but during the noon time!

How Signal Deptt Gave Green Signal Signal to the train which has a commercial stop at the major station?
How Driver/ Guard forget that train has to be stopped BPL, one of the most important & major station enroute ?
and how could they forget that they have to hand over the duty to the reliever crew member at BPL stn?
LP/Guard did not show any alertness or presence of mind to contact with station master or other Rly authorities regarding the discrepancy?

Entire episode shows lack of either existence or implementation of proper work procedures at system level, and either carelessness or incompetence at individual level in IR, both are dangerous for the safety of persons & goods.
