Railway minister Suresh Prabhu will lay the foundation stone for the Byappanahalli coaching terminal on Monday. "This terminal will help us divert some of the trains to run to and from Byappanahalli. The project is worth Rs 130 crore and will be expanded with seven platforms.
Good that the much needed Shivamogga night train is going to be started. Any news on Chamundi clone train sir ??
Bangaluru to Shivamogga is just 274 kms, 5hrs journey for SF, 6 hrs for Express & 7-8 hrs for passenger train. Shall the new overnight train an Express of passenger?
