Why dont IR and by default Centre Govt charges DMK party of for that matter any other other party indulging in such cheap tricks to pay Rs 1 Crores per 1 minute of Rail Roko, and in turn compensate passenegers for delayed running>?
In future, IR should invite quotations through open tender for organising Rail Roko(s) and the tender should go to the highest bidder..
