i don't think i am the only person who says railway employees are lazy. Railway official count is very less compared to the number of employees railway is having. There are lot of things faced by them, which people are not bother. Other than LP/ALP/Gaurd. People who are working in coach depo, they are overloaded with work because of high number of trains. They do work hard to make sure all trains are running.
Derailments are result of bad rail, we need to improve our rails rather than investing in high speed trains.

every profession people are facing problem. Do u know hardship facing by Automobile manufacturing workers and Building constructions workers , pharma companies workers, Mines workers , private lorry drivers, steel companies workers, ship building workers etc
Even as per report 40% of IT people getting mental health problem due to over stress. Lets not say only some field people working hard.
We all know how working style in govt jobs, it needs to be improved more what i say.

I didnt say other people are not working hard. And am not comparing with other govt office work force. If railway employees are lazy, then you wont have seen this much train running in India. Just give me some area is Railway, where you feel that employees(not higher officials) are lazy in their jobs.

employs means every one will be included higher officials also. If higher officials are not working properly what the lower people can do ?
Any ways maintenance of coaches in many zones lower level people also lazy, we can see many trains very dirty and broken toilet accessories , trains coach inside accessories etc

I didnt say entire people are working hard. You said most are lazy, i said only few are lazy. In few will come some officials. Regarding Maintenance, they are doing their work. For accessories, they need to have one. For that fund is needed. So they are helpless in that. They are doing their best to make the trains running. Cleanliness is something which need more resource or have to make it automated. And for employees, it is their job and not passion. They are doing their job.
