As per earlier reports, not only the Rly property like trains (unscheduled stoppages, route changing for personal gains/convenience), are being handled like personal fiefdom, the subordinates (doing household jobs of superiors) too are handled so.

senior officials of IR are supposed to responsible enough to feel moral responsibility for every difficulty faced by co-passengers (customers of their organisation) travelling in the train whether belonging to their department or not..

Thanks to RM for opening a direct channel (through twitter/FB) to give justice to the aggrieved passengers and keeping it alive and working.
Complaining directly to RM against very senior official is a brave step taken by the teacher and our dynamic RM should be credited to for the resultant action.
