Firstly i didnt point any personal so mind ur comment
and secondly railways have already given 50%LB quota in every train to senior citizen that is more than enough now if they will alot seats b4 4 hrs of journey there are plenty of chances that all the seats will be given to SS and exceptionL case if some LB remain that would be provided to normal pass.
And now also if any SS gets UB he/she onboard asks other people for seat exchange with LB pass and mostly people give...

I was in train 12952 with 4 pass i was having 2 LB as train departed NDLS one 80+ SS who was having UB near our comprtmrnt came to us for one LB for night as he was unable to climb to UB we gave our one seat to him
so on board those SS adjust themselves who dont get LB.
Hence there is noneed to give all seats to SS

This all is ok, but how does this account for people who have operation/ critical disease/disablity? For example , someone who has just had a leg surgery / having arthritis etc ? Without taking care of these categories, it is a poor move. For eg, I had a leg fracture 2 years back, there was no way I could have climbed a berth for next 3 months.
