If 2014-15 report indicate that 327 kms rail connectivity for connecting chardham shall cost Rs. 43,292 Crores. The current cost should be about Rs. 60,000 crores. And if the project is taken up for construction, the completion period may be about 20 years and cost in lacs of crores!
This project has to be of strategic importance, else the chance of implementation are bleak.

If "very soon"....means 15-20 years, then soon should be around 30-40 years..?
