Rates of services offered has to be reasonable, in order to be to be acceptable to others and IR still have to learn this fact. On the one hand is IZZAT pass which hardly charge 5% of actual costing, on the other hand there are some Suvidha/Premium Tatkal tickets where IR charges 400-500% of the actual costing!
