* TTE not taking care of genuine needs of a "distinguished" & "differently abled lady" is really apalling.
* What appears even worse is the non co-operation of fellow passengers to co-operate. Atleast in SL and ACIIE, paxs have little ego, and are very social and mixing and help each other.
* And IR planning to charge extra fare for lower berth shall disturb the passenger harmony and the act of offering lower berths to more needy paxs may come to an end.

It is not reported which berth she was allotted, I believe her allotted berth should be SUB or SMB, which no pax would like to accept in exchange.
* SMBs must be removed from GR and normal ACIII fare should be charged instead of slightly discounted fare.
