When Poll Bound states like MP gets Centre Funding for Bhopal & Indore Metros why PPP for metros in AP ?
Union Govt cannot adopt different rules to different states. Metro should be constructed like Kolkata Metro where it is maintained by Rly Ministry for a revenue deficit state like AP.
