Tambaram aur Pallavaram mein bhi overcharge dekha gaya, jahan koi display board nahin tha aur passengers ko rates ke baare mein pata nahin tha. Consumer activists aur passengers association ne commercial department ke timely inspection na hone ki baat ki, jisse yeh exploitation ho raha hai. Southern Railway ke officials ne rates display karne aur violation karne waale contractors ke khilaf action lene ke rule ko maan liya, aur aise complaints aane par cancel kiye gaye tenders ke examples diye.
