Large number of derailments recently happening especially of goods train in Kanpur area in a poll bound state of UP. The weather is similar in UP, Bihar and even worse in North India, but derailments is happening only in UP and not at all in these states. Two things need to be examine carefully to stop the spate:
(1) Possibility of something wrong with the inspection of wagons in the area, or maintenence of wagons in the near by workshops.
