One can easily predict that the news seems to be older Because of train no pattern "2023/2024 Patna Howrah Shatabdi Express to be converted to JanShatabdi" instead of 12023/12024 Patna Howrah Shatabdi Express to be converted to JanShatabdi.

PNBE se premium ac berths ka traffic Delhi ke liye to bahut hai, par HWH ke liye aaj bhi shatabdi ke liye sufficient nahin hai.
In fact HWH se chal rahi sabhi Shatabdies bahut kum coaches ke saath chal rahi hai, uske baad bhi seat ki mara mari nahin hai.
