Bihar me avi election thode hai jb hoga tb kahi sayed najar pade
Elections are not hindrance to introduction of new trains. Congestion of Rly network, poor financial condition and shortage of loco/coaches are some of the reasons for inability of IR to introduce more new trains to meet traffic demand.
