* Thanks to our dynamic RM who made active twitter handle compulsory for all the key officials of IR. Paxs had never been treated with such care by IR during the tenure of other RMs.
* Such kind Personal help and attention is not available from the most customer friendly private sector transporters. Many, Private sector airlines give free snacks to pacs if flight is delayed i.e. when they are at fault.
