Intelligent and practical step by railways to make passengers pay for earphones.
But option should be there to purchase better quality headphones also, as paxs travelling in Premium Tejas Express are habitual of using good quality products/headphones. Bad quality earphones often give earache when used.

Same is true for 'some' of the Tejas passengers, stealing the so called high quality headphone (₹300) is understandable till some extent, but stealing cheap quality (₹30) is just INSANE.
According to me a person who's spending around ₹2000 for a train journey can easily afford a good quality headphone.
