Great act of generating black money during the war waged by govt. against black money
Such acts have been committed by a large number of bank/ railway and other govt officials, which have seriously undermined the effectiveness of the whole exercise of demonetisation, biggest ever cleansing drive of Indian Economy by any govt. How many can be chased/ caught by govt, only time will tell.
