I have also witnessed the same thing in the 3rd AC of MAS HWH MAIL between BZA and BBS
If rajdhanis are not safe then what about other trains there is no law and order now in the country seeing as many incidents like this

i have seen the attendants giving away their berth to unauthorized persons and themselves staying awake the whole night. I have been told that these berths go for as much as Rs. 1000 for the entire journey. Also at the end of each journey they come up to you for tips.
