KANPUR: General manager, Northern Railway, RK Kulsheshtra has constituted a senior administrative grade (SAG) level committee to probe the May 21 train accident where 21 coaches of Lokmanya Tilak superfast express had derailed at platform number three of Unnao railway station. There was no casualty in the accident. Divisional railway manager, Lucknow division of Northern Railway said a four-member inquiry committee has been nominated by GM to probe the cause of derailment. The inquiry committee would be headed by chief track engineer Alok Kansal. The committee would record the statements of railway staff.
