With a high volume of trains passing through Rourkela junction daily, including passenger and freight trains, the railway infrastructure is overloaded. While the SER spokesperson acknowledged the traffic congestion and assured ongoing efforts to address the issue, the proposed East-West Dedicated Freight Corridor is yet to be implemented.

Rourkela Bar Association ne Odisha se Rourkela jaane wale passengers ki mushkilon ko highlight kiya hai, aur unhone Rajya Rani Express, Bhubaneswar-Rourkela Intercity Express, Tapaswini Express, aur Samaleswari Express jaisi trains me bhi kaafi delay hone ki baat batayi hai. Latest Update: - Train reached Ara Junction (ARA) delayed by (1.49H) some people get off & some boarded the train it is a passenger train now, there's not even enough space to go to the bathroom.

This is normal issues PNBE DDU section so ECR, DNR div, including RM not interesting solve this passanger issue. Very difficult to traveling PNBE DDU PNBE section in morning 04:00 AM to till 11:00 PM.all passanger in VVIP (railway staff) peoples without taking in normal tickets.

Atleast they should go to sleeper but they want chilled AC in these sorching heat so in day time almost every train these without ticket peoples get into AC classes highest cases in between Patna Ara. I feel pity to the people's paying higher pay for comfort travel in AC classes and getting these inconvenience these poor guy can't even go to washroom such a pathetic condition it had become in these route.
