Are there even the chances for RAC atleast?? And by what time is the charting done for this train??
Should I cancel the ticket before the chart gets prepared or I need to wait till the chart preparation??
It can be done both ways. In case its W/L or RAC after charting, full refund is entitled minus clerkage charges.
