लखनऊ-वाराणसी स्पेशल 21 तक चलेगीलखनऊ। रेलवे प्रशासन ने लखनऊ से वाराणसी के बीच समर स्पेशल ट्रेन का संचालन 21 मई तक बढ़ा दिया है। उत्तर रेलवे लखनऊ मंडल की सीनियर डीसीएम रेखा शर्मा ने बताया कि 04217 वाराणसी- लखनऊ स्पेशल वाराणसी से सुबह 6:25 बजे रवाना होकर बाबतपुर, जौनपुर जंक्शन, शाहगंज, अकबरपुर, अयोध्या धाम, रुदौली, दरियाबाद, बाराबंकी होते हुए दोपहर पौने 12 बजे लखनऊ पहुंचेगी। वापसी में 04218 लखनऊ-वाराणसी मेमू स्पेशल लखनऊ से शाम 4:30 बजे चलकर रात 9:50 बजे वाराणसी पहुंचेगी। (माई सिटी रिपोर्टर)

Good news :The CRS inspection of remaining 8km Akbarpur - Jafarganj single line section has completed and second line has been opened.The entire Jaunpur-Barabanki via Ayodhya rail route is now doubled and electrified.Jaunpur - Zafrabad 6km single line stretch still awaits budget to start construction on Major Bridge on Gomti river.

60 waiting in this train and still our beloved Indian Railways cancels this train on a regular basis. It's now an high time to increase the number of coaches in this train unlike manwar sangam express which runs for such a short distance with sleeper and AC coaches 🙂
