First SWR should commission second pitline at Vasco Da Gama and restart VSG MAS express and VSG BGM passenger, increase CC of Goa express, Vasco Patna SF and Vasco Jasidih express to 22 coach LHB rakes and co-operate with SCR to cancel VSG KCG slip and allow LHB conversion of Amaravati express. These things can happen without double tracking too.
