Jammu-Haridwar weekly Exp from Aug 15
For the convenience of rail passengers, Railways will be introducing two express train service between Jammu and Haridwar
The Haridwar - Jammu Tawi Weekly Express will depart from Haridwar at 5.10 PM on every Monday to reach Jammu at 4 AM the next day from August 15 while in the return direction, the Jammu - Haridwar Weekly Express will depart from Jammu at 10.10 PM on every Sunday from August 21 to reach Haridwar at 10.25 AM the next day, according to a release.

PWD minister Shranjit Singh Dhillon and speaker of Vidhan Sabha Charanjit Singh Attwal along with Ranjit singh Talwandi inaugurated a railway over bridge (ROB) at Lalheri Road, Khanna today.
While addressing the gathering Dhillon said people of more than 40 villages along with city residents will benefit from this ROB. He said the ROB was completed in the record time of two years. Dhillon further stated that the repairing of village roads will start soon and the money meant for this purpose had been arranged. — OC
