In order to clear extra rush, South Central Railway will run special train from Hyderabad to Kakinada Port via., Guntur as detailed below. Accordingly, Train No. 07005 Hyderabad – Kakinada Port special train will depart Hyderabad at 18:50 hrs on 7th May, 2017 (Sunday) arrive/depart Secunderabad at 19:15/19:20 hrs, Guntur at 0:30/0:35 hrs, Vijayawada at 01:30/01:45 hrs and arrive Kakinada Port at 05:35 hrs on the next day. Enroute, these special trains will also stop at Nalgonda, Miryalaguda, Piduguralla, Sattenapalli,Guntur, Vijayawada, Eluru, Tadepalligudem, Rajahmundry, Samalkot and Kakinada Town stations. This special train will consist of 16 coaches viz., one AC II Tier, one AC III Tier, twelve Sleeper Class and two Second Class Luggage cum Brake Van Coaches
Airfares are collected for the ordinary train journey in Suvitha trains.

Thanks to the South Western Railway (SWR), the long-pending demand for introduction of an originating train from Vizag to Bengaluru was realised with the launch of the 06579 Yesvantapur-Visakhapatnam weekly special Tatkal express.
Though the East Coast Railway (ECoR) had failed to introduce a direct train to cater to the high demand for berths from Vizag to Bengaluru, it had taken over the special train, launched by the SWR in the past. After running it for sometime, it gave the most inconvenient timings, converted it into a Suvidha special with dynamic fare and finally did not renew it.
North coastal andhra people very clear about the asking zone for VSKP. Even Srikakulam MP raised this issue of zonal HQ at vskp many times in parliament. Dont judge it by just new paper reports.
Who told if vizag gets train to delhi like Raj will not be useful for north andhra ?? It will stop at VZM, PVP if goes via Katni. Stops at SLO, RJY, EE, BZA if goes via WL. How come one train will help only originating station ??
Still many VSKP originating train have GNWL upto BZA.

I have never thought of it as a silly demand. I too was very keen about development of railway facilities in the VSKP, VZM, CHE and the rest of AP that is struggling under ECoR. See my friend, Again i am saying dont see it as VSKP region issues alone. If that the case the VSKP region from where highest taxes are getting collected by state, spending more on Capital region at Guntur by state govt, what if people of vskp region people fights for not using our taxes some where ?? As a state we need to take care about issues of all region. If not another separate state movement will come.
I dont know how many scr RF will be there , but railway issues of Vizag region is all about 1 crs people. Its became one of the biggest issue of this region my years.
They do use it. I didn't ask for many trains to be run. But just one daily to KCG. Like a standard overnight train for that section, instead of a mix-up of bi-weeklies. Train on wednesday is missing currently.
Yes connection to new capital and commercial capital VSKP in the route u mentioned is needed. I don't know why SWR is not allowing Kondaveedu to be made daily?

Hardly anyone in Rayalseema bothered for a new zone. Because they know better than to protest. The state split because coastal Andhra, Krishna, Godavari districts cornered all resources. Many in Rayalseema wanted 3 way split (after split was finalized), because they knew capital, revenue and other developments will all be cornered by those districts.
One can compare Uttarandhra and Rayalseema as being short changed by all attention and development of coastal districts.
No for HUP, ATP region I was saying. That DMM-BZA train has no UR coaches at all, so this will help to some extent.
